FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

At Orchid Dental, we offer a variety of general and specialty dental services, such as routine check-ups and cleanings, preventive care, restorative treatments (fillings, veneers, crowns etc.), dentures, extractions, root canals, bleaching, clear aligners to straighten teeth and more. We also offer emergency services for unexpected dental issues. If you have any questions about the services we provide, please give us a call. 

We are a paperless office and will send you required documents via email/text for you to fill out once your book your first appointment with us. The link will take you to create a patient portal that includes medical history, dental history and such. Please have your insurance card with you when calling to schedule your first appointment.   

If you do not have an email, we will have tablets available in office for you to fill out the forms. In this case, please bring your doctor's information and medication list with you.

We are in-network with a variety of dental insurance plans and will gladly file your claim for you. Please give us a call to discuss your individual plan coverage. We also offer the Orchid Dental memberhsip plan if you do not have dental insurance. Additionally, we offer flexible payment plans and financing options that can help make treatment more affordable.
